Good dental care works the same across the Westside. Three local facts still change as you move across the area, and your community page is the place to start.
- Your route in: Westwood and Century City patients arrive along Wilshire Boulevard. Beverlywood and Culver City patients come up Robertson Boulevard. West Hollywood and Hollywood patients head west on Santa Monica Boulevard.
- Your school dental form: California requires a dental check by May 31 of a child’s first public school year. The rule covers transitional kindergarten, kindergarten, or first grade, whichever comes first. Beverly Hills families turn it in to Beverly Hills Unified, and Santa Monica families to Santa Monica-Malibu Unified. Culver City uses Culver City Unified, while West Hollywood and the Los Angeles neighborhoods fall under LAUSD.
- Your Metro stop: The D Line’s Wilshire/La Cienega station opened May 8, 2026, and it is the closest stop to our office today. Stations for Beverly Hills and Century City are expected in spring 2027, with Westwood to follow. Until then, riders from Century City and Westwood still need a car or a bus.

Your first step is one call to (310) 276-2088. At your first visit, you sit down with Dr. Hanam-Jahr for a thorough, unhurried exam. She explains what she finds in plain words before she suggests any care.
You leave with a staged plan sorted into three groups: what is urgent, what is important, and what is optional. You decide the order and the pace, and nothing starts until you agree to it. If cost matters, the plan can follow your benefits year so your PPO coverage goes further.
