She purchased her own practice in 2001 and relocated to Beverly Hills. In 2017, she purchased her second practice and merged the two locations to the Beverly Hills Triangle.
Dr. Hanam-Jahr actively pursues the highest quality post-graduate continuing education far exceeding licensure requirements. She is a graduate of both the LSU Cosmetic Continuum and the Pacific Aesthetic Continuum live (PAC-Live) courses. Additionally, she holds certifications in Standard Laser Proficiency from the Academy of Laser Dentistry, Invisalign, Six Month Smiles (Adult Cosmetic Orthodontics), Botox and dermal fillers for bruxism and orofacial pain/TMJ treatment from the American Academy of Facial Esthetics, Pinhole Surgical Technique, Lumineers, Snap-on Smile, and Dental Sleep Medicine. She is a well known Beverly Hills dentist making people smile!
Dr. Hanam-Jahr’s professional memberships include American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD), the American Academy of Facial Esthetics (AAFE), the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), the American Dental Association (ADA), the California Dental Association (CDA), the Los Angeles Dental Society (LADS), the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine (AADSM), the American Academy of Oral Systemic Health (AAOSH), and Delta Sigma Delta dental fraternity. Her practice focus for over 25 years is on cosmetic dentistry and orthodontics, and oral-systemic health. She has been a Give Back A Smile volunteer through the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, which helps battered women regain their confidence with healthy and beautiful smiles. She is passionate about balancing the orofacial structures to improve and maintain health and appearance orally, facially, and systemically.
Dr. Hanam-Jahr’s passion is correcting malocclusion and treating oral conditions to improve function, aesthetics, airway, sleep and breathing for overall systemic health and wellness. She believes her purpose is to make the difficulties and challenges of dental care as easy and pain free for her patients as possible. A combination of her skills and expertise, chairside manner, and heartfelt understanding combined with modern technology allow her to provide outstanding and comfortable care.
Dr. Hanam-Jahr is married to her husband, an anesthesiologist and a retired UCLA Professor Emeritus. Together they have two children, a dog, and a cat. Her leisure interests include cooking, music, playing piano, and learning guitar and photography.
